Description
Der Künstler Wang Yigang, geboren 1961 in einer nördlichen Region Chinas, war einer der ersten Künstler seiner Generation, die sich mit dem Thema der Abstraktion auseinandersetzte. In der Abstraktion, so der Künstler, findet er “das Chaos des Lebens” wieder. Jede Art von Gefühlslage, sei es Freude oder Trauer, fängt er mittels pastoser Ölfarbe und Farbenspiel ein.
