Description
Die kokette Geste der Frau – sie hat ihre Hand zur Stirn erhoben, um ihre Augen abzuschirmen – erlaubt ihr, den Betrachter mit geneigtem Kopf anzublicken, als verstecke sie sich scheu hinter ihrer Hand. Diese typischen Schaubewegungen sollten auf den Betrachter werbend einwirken und hatten um die Jahrhundertwende in der Malerei und auch der Fotografie ihren Höhepunkt. – Doubliert. Sehr vereinzelte Retuschen, sonst schön.
