Description
Hervorragender, in den dunklen Partien tiefschwarzer Frühdruck vor den starken Horizontalen in der rechten unteren Ecke. Mit einem feinen Rändchen um die Plattenkante. Das Blatt zählt zu den schönsten Studienköpfen Rembrandts, die neben zahlreichen anderen Radierungen im Jahr 1635 mit über 15 Arbeiten entstanden sind. – Papier minimal nachgedunkelt und mit vereinzelten Braunfleckchen. Im rechten Rand eine schwache Knickspur, ansonsten in gutem Zustand.
Brillante, frühe Abzüge des seltenen zweiten Zustands sind sehr gesucht.
