Description
Aus der Serie “Pablo Picasso. Dix Pochoirs”. Herausgegeben von der Galerie Rosenberg, Paris, 1920. Dieser Arbeit liegt die gleichnamige Gouache zugrunde (vgl. “Guitare et Partition sur Guéridon”, 1920, Zervos, Bd. IV. Abb. 95, S. 29). Der Kunsthändler Paul Rosenberg ist in den 1920er Jahren in Paris Nachbar von Picasso und seiner Frau Olga. Er wird zu seinem wichtigsten Händler und darf als erster aus seinen Werken wählen. – Links oben leichtes Fleckchen, rechts unten im Beige schwache Unregelmäßigkeit sowie im Grün minimal berieben, insgesamt in guter Erhaltung.
