Description
Eine ähnliche Zeichnung befindet sich im Musée du Louvre (Vue des ruines d’un tombeau antique dans le jardin des Franciscains à Catane, Inv. Nr. 32982, recto). Als Künstler könnte jedoch auch der Genfer Maler Pierre-Louis De la Rive (1753 – 1817) in Frage kommen, welcher eine ganze Reihe von derartigen Grisaille-Zeichnungen der Villa Negroni gemacht hat.
