Verso auf der Unterlage mit dem Verkaufsetikett des Simplicissimus. Dort erschienen im Jg. 6 (1901), Nr. 1, mit dem Text: “Wo gehst denn hi, Cenzi? – Zum Fischa, Strümpf kaafa. – Zu was Brauchst denn du Strümpf kaafa? – Du woasst, Xari, ich lass neue Stieferln o’messen.” Im Passpartoutausschnitt minimal gebräunt, am oberen und unteren Rand mit Kleberesten, verso Unterlage mit Spuren alter Montage, am unteren Rand kleiner Einriss, sonst von guter Erhaltung.
