Description
Kräftiger, kontrastreicher Abzug der 1899 bei Germinal in Paris veröffentlichten Graphik. Während Zeichnung und Beginn der Radierung noch von Gauguin selbst umgesetzt worden waren, erfolgte die Fertigstellung der Graphik durch Fortuné-Armand Séguin (links oben mit der Schrift “chez Séguin à St. Julien” in der Platte bezeichnet). – Im Passepartoutausschnitt etwas gebräunt; die Ecken mit Klebespuren alter Montage, sonst gut.
