Description
Außergewöhnlich präzise und klar ausgeführte Zeichnung, die auf das berühmte Gemälde Albrecht Dürers im Kunsthistorischen Museum, Wien, zurückgeht. Beham hat mehrere Jahre in der Werkstatt Dürers gearbeitet, bis er 1525 aus der Stadt verbannt wurde.
Verso mit aufgeklebtem Papierstreifen mit alter Sammlerannotation “29 Hans Sebald Beham …”, in diesem Bereich recto etwas wellig. Entlang der Blattkanten minimal nachgedunkelt, sonst sehr schön.
