Description
Kunst war für Bruno Voigt stets ein Vehikel für Gesellschaftskritik. Bereits während des Studiums wurde er Mitglied in den Verbänden “Rote Einheit” und “Rote Hilfe” und arbeitete im Kabarett “Rote Raketen” mit. 1933, im Jahr der Entstehung dieser Arbeiten, wurde in seinem Atelier das “Linkskartell zur Verhinderung des Nationalsozialismus” gegründet. Seine Illustrationen zur “Dreigroschenoper” finden eindringliche Bilder zum Zustand der Weimarer Republik. – Mit Reißnagellöchlein in den Ecken. Linke Blattkante jeweils leicht unregelmäßig, sonst schön.
