Farbvariante aus der Auflage von 50 AP. Gedruckt von Rupert Jasen Smith, New York, links unten mit dem Prägestempel. Herausgegeben von der Deutschen Krebshilfe e.V., Köln, die Mildred Scheel 1974 gegründet hatte. Ziel der Auflage war es, Mittel für die Organisation zu erwirtschaften. Diese unkonventionelle Idee war typisch für die charismatische Ärztin mit den deutsch-amerikanischen Wurzeln, die die Krankheit enttabuisierte und in diesem Fall sogar mit dem Glamour des berühmten Künstlers in Verbindung brachte. – In gutem Zustand.
