Die unruhig bewegte Meeresoberfläche und der von düsteren Wolkenmassen verhangene Himmel sind von Feininger mit wenigen entschiedenen Strichen zu Papier gebracht. Das Mittel der Bleistiftzeichnung mit ihren unterschiedlichen Grautönen kommt dabei der Wiedergabe der stürmischen Natursituation entgegen. – Linke Seite gelocht. Mit leichten Handhabungsspuren. Sonst schön.
