Description
In frischer Farbigkeit und feinster Zeichnung ausgeführte arkadische Landschaft mit schönen atmosphärischen Effekten: Der Wanderer schreitet von dem Hügel, der schon durch die ersten Strahlen der Morgensonne erleuchtet wird, hinab in den Morgennebel der weiten Ebene. An den oberen Ecken auf die Unterlage montiert, sonst in hervorragender Erhaltung.
Provenienz: Sammlung Johann Nepomuk Seiler, verso mit dem Stempel (nicht bei Lugt).
