Nach seinem Studium in Berlin und Dresden bereiste Giehr Europa, Afrika und den Nahen Osten. Von 1835 bis 1845 bekleidete er das Amt des königlichen Hofmalers in Stockholm, bevor er sehr verarmt nach Greifswald zurückkehrte. Mit schwarzer Einfassungslinie.
13 Bll. montiert auf Papier. Etwas verblasst doch in allgemein gutem Zustand.
