Description
Studie zum Umschlagsblatt der gleichnamigen Veröffentlichung (vgl. Raabe 598). Mit leichter Federführung umrahmen Figuren und Szenen schwungvoll den Titel. Rechts unten in Bleistift bezeichnet “Originalzeichnung zum Einband”. Verso mit dem Stempel des Piper-Verlages, der das Werk 1941 publizierte. Mit winzigem Löchlein und kleineren Randmängeln. Im Passepartoutausschnitt minimal nachgedunkelt. Sonst gut erhalten.
