Ausdrucksstarke und sehr expressive Ansicht des thüringischen Tröbsdorfs mit angedeuteter, umliegender Umgebung. Mit raschen, energischen Strichen und kraftvollen, summarischen Schraffuren baut Feininger eine perspektivische Wirkung auf. Unterstützend trägt hierzu auch die kubische Zerlegung der Baukörper bei. Dadurch entsteht eine Sogwirkung, die das Auge des Betrachters zu den mit geschwungenen Linien angedeuteten Baumgruppen hinführt. In einwandfreiem Zustand.
