Description
Blatt 26 aus der Folge: Tauromaquia. Hervorragender, früher Probedruck mit brünierter Aquatinta. Harris zufolge wurden die Abzüge mit dem Wz. “SERRA”, die Goya für die Arbeits- und Probedrucke verwendete, wahrscheinlich zuerst gedruckt und sind viel feiner als Abzüge auf anderen Papieren. Erschienen für Goya 1816 in der ersten Ausgabe, dritte Auflage. Die ganzseitige Darstellung mit der kräftig druckenden Plattenkante. – Im Rand mit Griffknicken. Links unten kleine rückseitige Ausdünnungen. Verso drei diagonale Knickspuren. Wenige Braunfleckchen, ansonsten in gutem Zustand.
