Description

Unter einem grauen, tristen Himmel führt ein Trauerzug die Seepromenade von Gstadt entlang, an mittlerer Position der mit Kränzen bedeckte Sarg. Kompositorisch ähnliche Prozessionsszenen, ebenfalls in kleinen Formaten, entstanden bereits 1889, anlässlich der Tausendjahrfeier des Ortes (vgl. u.a. Holz/Rauch 217).
