Getreue, durch die an den Seiten erweiterte Landschaft vergrößerte Kopie nach einer “Sacra Conversazione” Palma Vecchios, die sich als Teil der Royal Collection im Hampton Court Palace befindet (Inv.-Nr. 115(706)). Maria und das Jesuskind tauschen ahnungsvolle Blicke aus, als sich das Kind nach vorne reckt, um das Lamm des Johannes, ein Symbol für die Passion, zu berühren. Die Haltung des Jesuskindes ist von einem Altarbild Lorenzo Luzzos übernommen, das früher in der Kirche Santo Stefano in Feltre hing.
