Gouache, Indian ink and opaque white on two sheets of paper joined together, laid down on brownish wove. (1908). Ca. 41 x 30 cm. Inscribed with the number “146” on the reverse. Published in Simplicissimus, issue 12 (1908), no. 43, p. 716, accompanied by the text: “Geben Sie Konstitution! Das Volk braucht einen Konstitution! Machen Sie Ihren Volk glücklich! Benehmen sich anständig gegen Parlament! Einen gerechten Fürsten muss sein anständig gegen Parlament!”
