Herausgegeben von Printed Matter, New York. Einige hunderte Exemplare wurden in der DIA Art Fondation in und um New York City herum plakatiert. Die verbliebenen Exemplare wurden über die DIA Art Foundation und über den Verleger verkauft. Hiervon wurden nur ca. 80 Exemplare signiert. Der Text auf dem gedruckten Blatt ist der Definition des Nihilismus des russischen Schriftstellers und Philosophen Vasili Rozanov entnommen.
