Description

Entwurf für ein Lünettenfeld aus Campis teilweise verlorenem Freskenzyklus (1577-1581) im Kartäuseroratorium von S. Colombano al Lambro außerhalb Mailands. Nur noch drei der Fresken befinden sich in situ. Die Lünette mit dem von Engel umschwirrten Gottvater, die ursprünglich oberhalb einer Kreuzigungsszene angebracht war, ist heute in der Pfarrkirche von Mirabello zu sehen. – Leicht fleckig, ansonsten in guter Erhaltung.
