Description

Blatt XII aus der Folge: Carceri. Hervorragender, kräftiger und gegensatzreicher Druck, mit der Nummer oben rechts und den Spitzen auf dem Sägebock sowie auf dem Pfahl unten rechts. Jedoch vor dem hinzugefügten “C” vor “Piranesi f.” unten links. Erschienen in der zweiten Ausgabe, zweite bzw. dritte Auflage um 1760 bis ca. 1770 herausgegeben. Breitrandig. – Geglätteter Mittelfalz, verso verstärkt, Papier leicht fleckig und mit Griffknicken. Insgesamt gut erhalten.
