Woodcut on thin Japon laid paper. (1919). C. 17 x 22 cm (sheet size c. 30.5 x 41 cm). Presumably one of just 4 known trial proofs on this paper made prior to the edition of 130. Signed lower left. The edition of this sheet appeared under the title “Lehnstedt” in the magazine “Die Schaffenden”, published by Paul Westheim, 8th annual issue, folder 2, in Euphorion Verlag, Berlin 1932.

Die Edition des Blattes erschien unter dem Titel “Lehnstedt” in der Zeitschrift “Die Schaffenden”, herausgegeben von Paul Westheim, Jg. 8, Mappe 2, im Euphorion Verlag, Berlin 1932. – Schöner, tiefschwarzer Druck des zweiten und endgültigen Zustandes, partiell harmonisch aufgelichtet. Papierbedingt minimalste Knickspuren, insgesamt von guter Erhaltung.
