Exhibition catalogue of the German pavilion at the Venice Biennale. Four individual artist’s brochures in the original cardboard envelope with typographical and embossed titles, published by Dieter Honisch and the Folkwang Museum, Essen, Stuttgart 1970. C. 36.5 x 22.5 cm. Texts in German, Italian, and English with numerous b/w illustrations. Including 4 loose original prints by Thomas Lenk, Heinz Mack, Georg Karl Pfahler, and Günther Uecker: Silkscreen in colours (3) partly with silver (1), embossing (1) on various papers and tracing paper (1). C. 36.5 x 22 cm (sheet size). A numbered (2) copy from an edition of 75. All signed, some additionally dated, titled, with dedications, or illegibly inscribed.

Description

Graphiken schwach gebräunt, teils leicht griffknickig und mit partiell leicht bestoßenen Blattkanten, Prägedruck leicht berieben, Transparentpapier an der Oberkante gebräunt und mit Montierungsspuren an den Blattecken, Hefte und Umschlag mit Gebrauch- und Handhabungsspuren, Umschlag leicht stockfleckig, insgesamt in guter Erhaltung.
