Offset with black foundation on light, granulated cardboard. 1970. C. 52.5 x 43.5 cm (sheetsize c. 60 x 45 cm). One of 100 copies. Signed and dated at the lower middle. After an assembly of photos, Richter took on the canarian islands in 1969. Published by the printer Kirschbaum, Düsseldorf, printed in the “Kunstkalender 71”, which contains prints from 12 artists.

Description

Nach einer Montage von Fotografien, die Gerhard Richter 1969 auf den Kanarischen Inseln aufgenommen hatte. Herausgegeben von der Druckerei Kirschbaum, Düsseldorf, erschienen im “Kunstkalender 71”, der Druckgrafiken von zwölf Künstlern enthält. – Farben wohl schwach geblichen, am rechten Rand mittig minimale Bereibung in der Darstellung, Blattkanten und Ecken geringfügig bestoßen, vereinzelte schwache Griffknicke, insgesamt in guter Erhaltung.
