Description
Ausgezeichneter, tiefschwarzer Abdruck, knapp außerhalb der Einfassungslinie geschnitten.
Von einem Nachfolger oder Werkstattmitglied Martin Schongauers unter Verwendung von Zeichnungen des Meisters und des Stichs mit den beiden “Türken im Gespräch” (Bartsch 90). Die Druckplatte befand sich im Praunschen Kabinett in Nürnberg. Lehrs (Bd. V, S. 375) schließt auch eine Entstehung im 18 Jh. nicht aus. Sehr selten. – Mit leichtem Oberflächenschmutz, ansonsten von schöner Erhaltung.
