Description
Fritz Erler ist 1896 Gründungsmitglied der Zeitschrift “Jugend” sowie 1899 der Künstlervereinigung “Die Scholle”. Eine vergleichbare Bildkomposition verwendet Erler bei dem Gemälde “Im Frühling, 1910”, das sich heute in der Sammlung Unterberger in Meran befindet (vgl. Unterberger, Siegfried u.a., Die Scholle. Eine Künstlergruppe zwischen Secession und Blauer Reiter, München 2007, farb Abb. Tafel 51).
