Mit Stempelnummerierung “359” unten mittig sowie der gestempelten Marke des offiziellen Festkommitees der Stadt Ostende unten rechts. – Schwach gebräunt, mit vereinzelten winzigen Fleckchen, teils leichte Gebrauchspuren und minimale Papierläsuren, Blattkanten partiell mit geringfügigen Knickspuren, insgesamt in guter und farbfrischer Erhaltung.
