Description
Pioneer 10 war die erste von Menschen angefertigte Raumsonde, die den äußeren Bereich des Sonnensystems erreichte. Angedacht war eine Missionsdauer von 21 Monaten. Jedoch übermittelte die Raumsonde weitere 31 Jahre Informationen zur Erde, bis die Funkverbindung im Jahre 2003 verloren ging.
