Description
Aufgrund einer Explosion musste die dritte bemannte Mondlandemission nach zwei Tagen vorzeitig abgebrochen werden. Die Besatzungsmitglieder wurden durch eine spektakuläre improvisierte Rettungsaktion lebend wieder zurück zur Erde gebracht. Während dieser brachen die Besatzungsmitglieder den Rekord als diejenigen Menschen, die am weitesten von der Erde entfernt waren.
