Gedenktafel zu Ehren aller verstorbenen amerikanischen Astronauten und UdSSR Kosmonauten, aufgestellt von den Astronauten David Scott und James Irwin während ihres Außenbordeinsatzes nahe des Hadley-Apennine Landeplatzes. Auf der Tafel die 14 Namen der gefallenen Astronauten in alphabetischer Reihenfolge. Vor der Tafel ein winziges Figürchen, das an die Verstorbenen erinnern soll.
