Description
Vorliegende großformatige Zeichnung entstand in Mechaus Dresdner Atelier wohl nach Skizzen, die er als Pensionär des sächsischen Kürfürsten zwischen 1776 und 1780 bei seinem ersten römischen Aufenthalt vor Ort gefertigt hatte. – Alt auf Sammlungsuntersatz aufgelegt. Im Himmel leicht stockfleckig. Von schöner Erhaltung.
