Description
Ernst Weil, der ab 1965 als Professor für Malerei an die Akademie der bildenden Künste in Nürnberg berufen wurde, war Meisterschüler bei Willi Geiger. Aus dem vorliegenden Stillleben spricht die große Verehrung für Pablo Picasso, die Weil in ganz eigener Manier und Nahsicht auf die Dinge wie Flasche und Tisch umsetzt.
