Description
Für die in schneller, gestischer Malweise ausgeführten Bilder der 1950er Jahre verwendete Winter verdünnte Ölfarbe und Papier oder Karton anstelle der Leinwand als Malgrund. In der vorliegenden kalligraphisch anmutenden Komposition setzt Winter stark bewegte, breite Pinselstriche in Schwarz über hellere Farbfelder in Rot und Graublau. – Leichte vertikale Knickspur mittig verlaufend, verso fachmännisch hinterlegt. Linke untere Ecke fachmännisch ergänzt. Kleiner geschlossener Einriss am oberen rechten Rand. Minimale Handhabungsspuren. Verso Reste alter Montage. Sonst farbfrisch und in guter Erhaltung.
