Description
Verso handschriftl. mit lateinischem Text “… elongavi fugiens, et mansi solitudine. psalm 54 (…)”. Die Rocailleelemente weisen die Darstellung als Entwurf für eine Druckgraphik aus. Baumgartner hat sich wiederholt mit dem Stadtpatron von München beschäftigt, vgl. Straßer 7a, in: Ausst. Kat. “Johann Wolfgang Baumgartner 1702-1761. Ölskizzen und Hinterglasbilder”, Barockmuseum Salzburg, Salzburg 2009, S. 60f. – Ca. 3 cm langer Einriss am rechten Rand alt hinterlegt. Leichte Gebrauch- und Handhabungsspuren, sonst gut.
