“Gut Holz, gut Wald”.
Description
Ein monokulturell angelegter Wald, hochaufgeschossene Bäume mit mageren Ästchen. Polke zoomt die Lichtung nahe heran und präsentiert sie uns völlig überbelichtet. Ein guter Wald? Beim Betrachter stellt sich ein Störgefühl ein, allenfalls dem “gut Holz” möchte man zustimmen. Mit feinem subversivem Humor untergräbt Polke die romantische Vorstellung vom deutschen Wald. Längst kommerziell ausgebeutet, gibt es hier keine Waldeinsamkeit mehr, alles was bleibt ist Holz. – Blatt leicht gewellt und mit einer Knickspur in der linken unteren Ecke, winziger Einriss am oberen Rand. Allgemein guter Zustand.
