Mit ihren Variationen in Grau lotet Bridget Riley die gesamte Bandbreite des Spektrums dieser Farbe aus. Auf die Bildfläche setzt sie Punkte in verschiedenen Grautönen und mit unterschiedlicher Ausrichtung. Das Auge des Betrachters nimmt diese Farbserienstruktur als plastisch wahr. – Stellenweise leicht berieben und an den Rändern teils minimal bestoßen, sonst gut erhalten.
