Der Bischof und seine Kirche San Geremia in großen Rollwerkkartuschen, umgeben jeweils von vier Eckmedaillons mit den vom ihm gegründeten Kirchen: San Pietro di Castello, Santa Maria Formosa, Santi Apostoli, San Salvador, Santa Giustina, San Giovanni in Bragora, San Zaccaria und Angelo Raffaele. Die Kirchen jeweils unterhalb der Darstellung bezeichnet. Verso mit Text in brauner Feder und zwei Zierinitialen in Gold auf blauem bzw. rotem Grund: Laus Deo in Italienisch und der Datierung MDXCVIII. – Mit Mittelfalte und Einstichlöchlein von alter Heftung. Goldgrund partiell leicht berieben, ansonsten schön.
