Description
Hatte er vor dem Zweiten Weltkrieg konstruktivistisch gemalt, so folgt nach 1945 eine Werkphase, in der er der Farbe freieren Lauf lässt und gestisch bewegtere Arbeiten mit organischen Formen schafft, oft, wie das vorliegende Beispiel, in einer reizvollen Materialvielfalt. – Farbschicht vereinzelt mit winzigen Schwundrisschen, sonst gut erhalten.
