Motiv und zarte Farbigkeit scheinen dem direkten Geiste Adrian Ludwig Richters zu entstammen, und doch ist es eine ganz eigene lockere und vor allem selbstbestimmte Handschrift, die hier an Richters Schüler wie August Leopold Venus oder den frühen Franz-Dreber denken lässt. – Im Randbereich etwas knitterfaltig; verso teils Atelierspuren, sonst gut erhalten.
