In sicherem Strich erfasste Pflanzenstudie des jungen Künstlers, der von 1813-15 zusammen mit anderen Künstlern, darunter Johann Christoph Erhard und Johann Adam Klein, dem Naturstudium nachging. – Insgesamt etwas gebräunt und braunfleckig; verso von fremder Hand in grauer Feder beziffert.
