Interessantes, großformatiges Dokument der Münchner Stadtbauhistorie. Oben links bzw. unten rechts mit zwei hs. Baugenehmigungen durch das Hofsekretariat des bayersischen Königs Maximilian II., geschrieben in Tuschfeder bzw. Bleistift, aus dem Jahr 1855 und 1857. – Mittig mit geglätteter Bugfalte; insgesamt etwas knitterfaltig, fleckig und mit teils hinterlegten Papierverletzungen.
