Description
Aus der allgemeinen Ausgabe der Mappe “Kleine Welten, Zwölf Blatt Originalgraphik”, für den Propyläen Verlag, Berlin, und im Staatlichen Bauhaus, Weimar, gedruckt. Blatt 7 der Folge. Roethel bezeichnet das Blatt noch als Farbholzschnitt, jedoch handelt es sich um eine Lithographie. Die Mappe nimmt im druckgraphischen Schaffen Kandinskys einen Höhepunkt ein. – Im Unterrand mit den horizontal verlaufenden Farbspuren von den einzelnen Steinen. Oberer Rand kaum merklich unregelmäßig. Insgesamt farbfrisch und in sehr guter Erhaltung.
