Description
Im Jahr 1958 wandeln sich die pastosen, oft plastisch gespachtelten Kompositionen Hoehmes zu immer feineren, wie schwebend wirkenden Gitterstrukturen. Hier schafft er durch transparente blaue und graue Flächen schwingende Farbräume, die dann durch den energischen Einsatz von Kohle und farbiger Pastellkreide miteinander verzahnt werden. Dabei verleihen zarte Akzente in Rot und grünlichem Gelb der Komposition zusätzlichen Reiz. – In guter Erhaltung.
