Einer der Schwerpunkte in Karl Fred Dahmens Werk sind die thematisch ausgerichteten Serien. Um die Mitte der 70er Jahre schuf der Künstler seine Kalenderbilder. Dahmen collagiert Kalenderblätter, die für eine geordnete Grundstruktur stehen und überarbeitet diese mit skripturalen Zeichen und expressiv-gestischen Skizzen. – Geringfügige Handhabungsspuren, sonst guter Erhaltungszustand.
