Description
Weiter Blick über eine Dorfstraße, Äcker und angrenzende Felder, rechts vorne eine Mutter mit ihrer Tochter auf dem Nachhauseweg. Das stimmungsvolle Gemälde wurde rund zwanzig Jahre nach Röths Tod zum Hochzeitsgeschenk, verso mit der Widmung von “Paula Leitolf zu Lisels Hochzeit 12.4.42”. – Die Oberfläche etwas angeschmutzt und im Rahmenbereich berieben, sonst gut.
Provenienz: Nachlass Philipp Röth; Sammlung Otto Leitolf, Aschaffenburg, seither im Familienbesitz, Österreich.
