Blick vom Innenhof auf den Treppenturm des Renaissanceflügels aus der Zeit Franz’ I. Dieser Teil des Loire-Schlosses Blois wurde bereits 1810 der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht. Das Aquarell entstand wohl vor den umfassenden Restaurierungsarbeiten, die 1845 begonnen wurden. – Mit kleinen Randmängeln. Verso leicht stockfleckig und mit Resten alter Montage. Sonst von schöner, farbfrischer Erhaltung.
