Description
Die Tuschzeichnung ist der Entwurf für das Motiv der Bettlerin in der Mappe “Hunger”, erschienen zugunsten der Internationalen Arbeiterhilfe 1924. Die Mappe, an der sich noch weitere Künstler beteiligten, sollte künstlerisch auf die Not und die wirtschaftlichen Probleme in der Weimarer Republik aufmerksam machen. – Auf der Rückseite eine nicht vollendete Skizze. Stellenweise leicht wellig, am oberen und unteren Rand vereinzelt kleinere Risschen.
