Eigens bei Jahn erwähnter Probedruck; Jahn kennt vier weitere Probedrucke, davon jedoch nur zwei in dieser Farbkombination; die Auflage selbst betrug lediglich acht Exemplare in Gelb/Schwarz/Rot und vier in Gelb/Schwarz. Auch im Holzschnitt zeigt sich die Experimentierfreude des Künstlers, der dem Medium neue malerische Qualitäten verleiht, indem er etwa den Druckbogen vorher mit Walze und Pinsel einfärbt oder das gedruckte Blatt mit Finger und Pinsel weiterbearbeitet. – Materialbedingt leicht wellig, sonst in sehr guter, farbstarker Erhaltung.
