Aus der allgemeinen Ausgabe der Mappe “Kleine Welten, Zwölf Blatt Originalgraphik”, für den Propylaen Verlag, Berlin im Staatlichen Bauhaus, Weimar, gedruckt. Blatt 5 der Folge. Roethel nennt als Blattgröße für die Normalausgabe “35,5 : 26 cm”, er bezeichnet das Blatt auch noch als Farbholzschnitt. Die Mappe nimmt im druckgraphischen Schaffen Kandinskys einen Höhepunkt ein. Im Unterrand mit den horizontal verlaufenden Farbspuren von den einzelnen Steinen. Kleine Fehlstelle an der rechten oberen Kante. Leichter Lichtrand, sonst schön.
